SceneSharp Technologies Inc. gets government Funding

The Atlantic Canada Opportunities agency business Development Program provides $272,340 into two different projects to help the company launch its new software Fuze Go and develop and commercialize specialist camera technology for security markets.

Fuze Go is the most consistent, accurate and easy to use pan-sharpening software available. They want to help educate students on remote sensing and pan-sharpening techniques. They can provide learning modules focused on but not limited to the concept of pan-sharpening, common algorithms and a comparison of results.

The funding has helped the company with the development of product branding and enhanced website architecture that includes e-commerce integration and search engine optimization. It has also assisted with the hiring of a marketing manager for one year, as well as preliminary market validation activities for the triple sensitive camera technology under development with the University of New Brunswick.

“Both Fuze Go and our Super Camera Technology are quickly gaining an excellent reputation as transformational technologies in the color digital imaging market place,” said Ian Lucas, president SceneSharp Technologies Inc. “Support from ACOA has been tremendously critical for SceneSharp as we work to bring these important Canadian inventions to market while creating growth and high technology jobs in our region.”
